Ukraine war: Trump is 'untethered to reality'

“I want everybody to stop dying,” former US President Donald Trump said at a town hall in New Hampshire. “I’ll have that done in 24 hours.”

Alexander Vindman, a retired United States Army lieutenant colonel who worked for the US National Security Council, told the BBC that Trump’s statement is a "fool’s errand and an absurdity".
