Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election: Khan on Ulez expansion

The Mayor of London has defended the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which was a big issue in the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election.

Sadiq Khan said that clean air was “a human right, not a privilege”.
