VAR recording 'chaotic' - Shearer

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, former England and Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer says the audio recording released by referees' body PGMOL is "chaotic" as is shows the video assistant referee's incorrect decision to disallow Luis Diaz's goal for Liverpool against Tottenham.
