Veteran sues US Army over Purple Heart he never got

Earl Meyer never received a Purple Heart medal for an injury he sustained while serving in the Korean War. Now, the 96-year-old veteran is suing the Department of Defense and the Army over this honour, given to those who were killed or injured in the battlefield.
