Watch: Noisy MPs interrupt Chancellor's Budget delivery

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt was interrupted by noisy MPs, on multiple occasions, during his delivery of the Spring Budget.

Deputy Speaker Dame Eleanor Laing joked MPs should "shout more quietly" but also warned those making the noise would not get called to speak.
