Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has criticised the Conservatives' "Corbyn-style manifesto", saying "anything you want can go in, [but] none of it is costed".
It comes before the Tories officially unveil their election manifesto later today, which is expected to include a 2p cut to National Insurance.
Asked whether his party could match that pledge, Starmer says "the money's not there". "It's a recipe for five more years of chaos," he says.
