West Ham reject second Arsenal bid for Rice

Declan Rice won the Europa Conference League in what looks likely to be his final game for West Ham

West Ham United have rejected a second bid from Arsenal for England midfielder Declan Rice.

However, Arsenal were proposing the initial fee was to be £75m, spread over four payments.

West Ham want a larger fee for their captain and a deal that is structured in a better way for them.
