Zahawi on social care: 'We're determined to get it right'

Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi has refused to deny claims that national insurance contributions may soon rise to fund reforms to England's social care system.

Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr, Mr Zahawi said the government was "determined to reform social care" and that details would be revealed in the near future.
